Our Response to Covid-19
To our valued clients:
We certainly are in the middle of an unprecedented situation in our province, nation and across the world. We at SBQS want to make sure that you, as a valued client, are aware of our response to the COVID-19 virus and the measures we are taking to protect our staff while ensuring the continued success of our ongoing projects. SBQS remains open for business and committed to our current project timelines and we remain focused on developing our client relationships and look forward to future projects. We are making adjustments to how we work, including offering services remotely where necessary and using conference calls and other collaborative options in place of in-person meetings where possible. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we navigate this situation.
Some of the steps we are taking as a company include:
- Increasing our capability and availability for remote work
- Instituting a safe workplace for us
- Avoiding in-person meetings where possible
We recognize that the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly and more information and recommendations are being released by governments and health authorities which will continue to guide our policies and procedures. We continue to follow the advice, recommendations and updates as they are issued and we hope you are also keeping informed on this issue. We are thankful that in this uncertain time, we have the ability to adjust how and where we work while still producing the same high quality of accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing and web design services. Moreover, we remain available by phone, e-mail and text to undertake new projects.
